Gourmet Nut Franchise, a Delicious, Healthy Alternative at Sporting & Events Centers Nationwide

Usana Amphitheatre welcomes Totally Nutz® Utah as a vendor for the 2018 season. Totally Nutz will be freshly roasting and glazing cinnamon almonds, cashews, and pecans on-site for all the scheduled concerts at two locations on either side of the stage. This is Totally Nutz first year at Usana Amphitheatre, which holds a capacity of approximately 20,000 fans (7,000 Reserved – 13,000 Lawn).
Totally Nutz is proud to be a part of an amazing team of food and beverage providers and to offer a healthy, gluten-free alternative to the fans at Usana Amphitheatre.

“Usana offers the perfect venue for bringing amazing artists to the valley. Totally Nutz mobile carts allow us to be where the fans are and to offer a freshly roasted snack item to the venue.”

Totally Nutz Manager, Mark Barker will be overseeing operations of the two mobile event carts at Usana Amphitheatre. Mark, who lives in South Jordan, Utah, operates a variety of units located at events and venues across the West.
