Rapid Recovery Opens 32nd Territory in Riverside, CA for Refrigerant Recovery Services
May, 2013 – Rapid Recovery, the only nationwide refrigerant abatement company is excited to announce its expansion into Riverside, CA. This opening marks another strategic expansion for Rapid Recovery in the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area as it brings its refrigerant recovery services into Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
This marks the 32nd location for the nation's largest provider of refrigerant recovery services. With locations from coast to coast and work experience in over 47 states, Rapid Recovery continues to expand to meet the need for EPA compliant refrigerant recovery. Their use of AHRI certified gas powered recovery equipment gives Rapid Recovery a distinct speed advantage over a contractor's standard electric equipment and is a key factor as to why it is rapidly expanding to meet this demand throughout the United States.
Founded in 2002 and celebrating their 10 year anniversary, the industry leader has revolutionized recovering refrigerants in the U.S. "Our superior service and Industry leading EPA documentation are two critical values that set Rapid Recovery apart for contractors," said Adam Dykstra, President of Rapid Recovery. "Another significant advantage is our franchise model, which is quality local ownership that provides a great partnership for local contractors." This Riverside opening marks another extension of Rapid Recovery's nationwide service platform.
Dykstra said "We are a genuine service company to HVAC, Mechanical and Demolition contractors as well as in-house facilities departments, crane companies and government agencies. As the burdensome cost of technicians' time, cylinder acquisition, equipment, maintenance; and expensive, yet inadequate off-the-shelf recovery equipment are realized, Rapid Recovery is in prime position for continued growth. Contractors are realizing that sourcing the refrigerant recovery process to an expert can add profitability to their jobs, free up important technician time and meet all of their EPA documentation needs as well."
Rapid Recovery's Riverside (951) 279-7800 operation is owned and operated by Colleen and Mark Pearce. They place "Customer Understanding and Satisfaction" as the reasons for their success. "We ensure that our customers are treated as we like to be treated, on every project. Being on time, open communication, commitment to professional work and fair pricing are the corner stones of our foundation," said Colleen Pearce.
Since opening, the response has been great by Riverside HVAC/R Contractors. "We were being called for jobs from our first day open! Our ability to complete jobs in hours instead of the days it takes contractors to complete them with electric equipment, is why we are growing so fast. Our trucks come to your job-site and are set up for difficult access recoveries (rooftops or basements are not a significant challenge). Additionally, we assume their EPA liability for every pound of refrigerant we recover," said Pearce.
When asked if he feels Rapid Recovery has a competitive advantage, Mark Pearce said, "Completely! Our process (equipment, tools and personnel) really impress even the most experienced of HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians. Once a contractor uses us, they get it." He added that, "We provide two main services: 1. "At-your-shop" cylinder service and 2. Job-site recovery. We work on anything from residential package units all the way up to chillers with tens of thousands of pounds."
